1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Snappy Haven website (snappy-haven.com) and our graphic design training services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

4.1 Enrollment

Course enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment and completion of registration forms. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Full payment is due upon enrollment unless otherwise arranged
• Payment plans may be available for certain courses upon approval
• All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers

4.3 Late Payment

Failure to make payment by the due date may result in suspension from the course until payment is received. Additional late payment fees may apply.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Student Cancellations

• More than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus £50 administration fee
• 7-14 days before course start: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before course start: No refund
• After course commencement: No refund except in exceptional circumstances

5.2 Company Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will receive a full refund or be offered alternative course dates.

6. Attendance and Participation

• Regular attendance is required for course completion
• Students must attend at least 80% of sessions to receive certification
• Punctuality is expected and repeated lateness may result in exclusion
• Students must participate respectfully and follow instructor guidance
• Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without refund

7. Course Materials and Resources

• Course materials are provided for educational use only
• Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission
• Students are responsible for bringing required supplies and equipment
• Access to online resources may be time-limited based on course duration

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Course Content

All course content, materials, and curricula are the intellectual property of Snappy Haven and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8.2 Student Work

Students retain ownership of their original creative work produced during courses. However, by enrolling, students grant Snappy Haven permission to use their work for promotional and educational purposes, with appropriate attribution.

9. Certification and Qualifications

• Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of course requirements
• Certification does not guarantee employment or specific career outcomes
• Certificates may be verified through our official verification system
• False claims about certification or qualifications are prohibited

10. Limitation of Liability

Snappy Haven's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific course or service. We are not liable for:

• Career outcomes or employment opportunities
• Loss of income or business opportunities
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Personal injury except where caused by our negligence
• Loss or damage to personal property

All students and participants must:

• Treat staff and fellow students with respect and courtesy
• Use facilities and equipment responsibly
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

• Refrain from discriminatory, harassing, or offensive behavior
